Swimming In A Sea of Red

As my Brother-in-Law put it, "I went to prison today," or as some other people see it as the Utah Stadium. I had the wonderful and educational opportunity to go watch the BYU-Utah game from the third row today. The first thing that baffled me was how so many swear words could be put into a sentence. For some weird reason the Utah fans didn't seem to want me in the stadium and kept telling me where I should go. I broke out in laughter many times with how pointless many of the comments where. Before the game actually started a 9 year old boy from 3 sections over made the journey over to me so he could try to give me a poster that said,"Go Utes". To his dissapointmnet I didn't take it. The other funny comment came during halftime when a classy gentleman from a few rows back wandered down to my row. He had apparently found the hidden bar at the game because he was about a 12 pack past drunk. He started to yell at me that the "*$#%! chapstick" that I was putting on my lips wouldn't help BYU. Then he colorfully commented, that my "*%$@# Ricola" (a cough drop!!!) wouldn't help my cougs win. He even said the " (*$^# *#($&%9 ?#&@($ @*$(#&#^@*@ #&%*#$#$) water" that I was drinking wouldn't even help. I think he just needed a hug! I would have hugged him but didn't want to bath in puke in the 3rd quarter. The next chapter of the game came when someone started the ever famous "hit the odd duck with a piece of frozen taffy game." The first couple times were enjoyable until I got a stinger in the neck. Next time I will come prepared with a pocket full of rootbeer barrels and jolly ranchers. They should fly well through the air. The game all and all was a blast to be at, and tons of fun to share with family. Here are a few pics at the game.
I bet you can't guess which one of us were getting Booed!
Here is my journey down to the place of no return, (cell block E, in the east wing of the prison)
Hey look, we didn't throw an interception!
This was after the 5th interception. We still had a shot for a win though!
One happy fan, and one not so happy fan.
Here is a pic of Jaclyn and Brittney at the midnight showing of Twilight. The had more fun being away from the kids then they enjoyed the movie!

I'M BAAAAAAAACK!!!!!

I know it has been a while but good things are worth waiting for. Last night we celebrated Chloe's 2nd birthday. We had a great night full of fun, pink and smoke. Chloe got everything that she has ever needed. Our house is slowly being taken over by the color pink and everything for a little princess. She didn't even want to go to bed without her new toys. We had a wonderful adventure when the dessert cooking in the oven dripped down to the bottom and started smoking. Nothing takes a party to the next level then the fire alarms going off. It sure brought the excitment out. Here are a few pics of the fun.

Also, here is a litle cip of Braxton's favorite book to sing. He sings just like his dad. Which isn't a good thing!
