Here are two things that everyone should love, skiing and cake. For Valentines Jaclyn got me passes to go ski Deer Valley. It could possibly be the best resort in Utah. My parents came along and we had tons of fun. Jaclyn has finally fallen in love with skiing. She had the most fun she has ever had. She has improved so much this year. Here is a video of us, (Jaclyn first, then me) make sure to watch the middle of the screen, because that is were we come down. Also here are some pictures of us and one of my parents. I hope that when I get older I can do as much as they do.

Hey Ryan, My birthday is in September. Will me make me a cake? :)
WOW- you are getting quite the list of cake requests!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JPAC PUDDING SNACK NICK NACK!! (That is all I can remember!) We love you and are so glad that you joined our family... and even MORE glad that you like skiing now!
YOU ARE ROCKIN'! You look better than Ryan!!
What a cool cake, how did you do the piping and with what? Was it just frosting? You are very talented, I should come take lessons from you! :)
Of course you can come watch next time I use fondant or if you need to use fondant before that, let me know and I can come over there. My next few ones this weekend are just using buttercream. One thing I bought was a fondant rolling pin, I think like the one you're using in the picture but its a little over a foot and a half long. I got it at Orson and Gygi for $22, so a little expensive but really worth it. Your fondant looks smooth to me but I did learn the hard way to make sure that the frosting underneath is as smooth as possible and to let it set up for a bit first before covering it with fondant. Sorry for the long comment!
Hey I meant to tell you today when you were asking me about freezing cakes, I also read that you should always chill a cake before attempting to frost, less crumbs I guess!
DANG!! You guys are good! Maybe I should have you do my wedding cake!!
