On Saturday it was my Dad's birthday, so we went as a family up to the Canyons to go skiing. It was such a blast!!! Unfortunately on the way up my dad's truck broke down just before the pass in Parley's Canyon. Luckily we were able to get someone in Park City to go back and tow it. The weather was perfect and the snow was soft. Jaclyn did the best she has ever done. She started the day skiing blues and didn't look back. Also for the first time in six years she crashed, not only once but twice. And contrary to the image in her head, she didn't roll all the way down the mountain and off a cliff. Good news is, Jaclyn is already asking when we can go again. It was such fun!! Here are a few pics that my sister sent over!

I remember going to the Canyons when we were all juniors in high school. You and Homer both sprayed me with snow...and it wasn't funny! I was so scared that I was going to crash into a tree that I only stayed on the bunny hill. (I've since conquered that fear:)). That was so much fun!!! Enjoy those beautiful mountains.
I still want to know why you ski with your tongue out!!! Is it so you can taste the snow as it sprays in your face?! What if you accidently run over "lemon" snow and it sprays????????!!!!!!
